Purolator's National Employment Equity Council

The purpose of the National Employment Equity Council is to strategically lead and direct Purolator's employment equity and diversity initiatives across the organization both nationally and locally.

This Council provides insight on Purolator's equity and diversity initiatives and undertakings as well as discusses issues, ideas and events that support and enhance the company's focus on employment equity to ensure that all commitments and legislated requirements are being met. The Council meets monthly to ensure that Purolator continues to progressively and proactively address issues and ideas around employment equity and diversity.

The members of this Council represent their colleagues from across Purolator's diverse national workforce and reflect the commitment and importance that all of Purolator's employees have toward embracing equity and diversity as key cornerstones within our workforce.
